The thumbnails below are just but a few examples. But the one in the middle (the Filipina farm girl with the Mayon Volcano as backdrop) “my” rendition of a Pinay Vespa Pin-Up. Since I got zero talent in drawing, I relied on a Filipino master (National Artist, Fernando Amorsolo) for inspiration and creativity.

Old-time Saigon with Scooter
The Scooterist | When i ride vespa around Saigon, i meet some old people who are so interested with my vespa. They said when they were young like me, they had one. At that time, Scooter (Vespa and Lambretta) was the main vehicle in Saigon. Everyone had it, everyone rode it. I'm so surprise to hear that the money they had bought Vespa or Lambretta scooters, now they can buy a house. It looks like Vespa (Lambretta) was made for rich people.
Here's some pictures in old-time Saigon, most beautiful pictures ever

Vespa Super
General information
The Vespa Super was successor to the venerable Vespa 125 and 150 VNA/VBB. It had a similar layout, but had updated styling that matched the other contemporaneous largeframe Vespas. While the largeframe Vespas with 10" wheels had evolved over time in their styling and design, the 8" wheeled models had soldiered on through to the mid-60's with only very minor changes from the 50's. Their gentle curves began to seem out of step with the times, and the rest of the Vespa lineup, which had by then sported a more angular look. Piaggio totally redesigned the look of the most basic of the largframes with the introduction of the Super.

Come September giá trị một siêu phẩm điện ảnh lãng mạn

Vespa Club Women
Another great photo from the past. This one is of what appears to be a Vespa club event in the early 50's. I'm not really sure what is going on here, but it is notable that all of the riders are women. At first I thought it was part of a parade of some kind, but then noting the number on the scooter's legshields leads me to think that this is part of some competition. I don't have any idea, but the whole scene just looks super cool. Note the big American cars and the jeep parked on the left side of the picture.
There is no Vespa club like this in Viet Nam.

70's Mods
It is hard to tell when this photo was taken. I'm guessing it was during the first mod revival in the late 70's. The big tell is in the far left of the picture, the distinctive outline of a white P-series Vespa. That at least dates the photo to post-77. Clothing, hair styles, and helmets look more 70's than 90's mod.
