Yes. In front of Opera house.
Love it, when I was there in 2007 I don't recall seeing but 1 or 2 Vespas. Mostly Honda Waves, Super cubs and the occasional SH150. Love the block, and can't wait to see Vietnam again.
Now, Saigon change alot. Still a lot of plastic bikes on the street, but more classic vespa and modern vespa.
