Vespa Sprint 09 (aotolube) in Vietnam

This is one of rarely Vespa Sprint 09 (autolube) in Vietnam. New owner had spent 1 year to ask the lastest owner sell it. There are 3 models of Vespa sprint which Vietnamese people like much: Vespa Sprint 04, Vespa Sprint 09 and Vespa Sprint 016.
Vespa collectors in Vietnam just like original vespa, or this must be rarely in Vietnam. They like Vespa Sprint 04 (Vespa S) because it's the first model of Vespa Sprint. Vespa Sprint 016 have 3 windows in the cylinder. And how about Vespa Sprint 09?

It's an autolube Vespa Sprint model, manufactured for American market. It's rarely than VNB in Vietnam.
Here are some pictures of Vespa Sprint 09 in Vietnam.

Around Vietnam on Vespa 2012 - Day 3: Nha Trang -> Quy Nhon.

in my house
After 1 night stay in my house, we continued the trip in the rain. So unlucky, but we must go. A long road and cold weather is waiting us. Not much pictures were shooted from Nha Trang to Quy Nhon because of the Spring rain. Some pictures here shooted when rain stopped, and rain again.
Tips:
- Should wear color raincoat. We can easily see who are in our group and other riders in the road can see us.
- Dont ride over 350km/ day, especially in the rain.

Nicolas @ Italy's Got Talent

He is Nicholas Campobasso, 41 years of Empoli, commonly called the "fletching jig" because of his own stunts while riding a Vespa. The Italian freestyler has managed to win a place among the 48 semifinalists in the program, Italy's Got Talent aired on Channel 5 on Saturday night.

Having joined the semifinalists, commented on his Facebook profile: "First of all thank those who supported me, who has moved with me, who has shown me much love with the endless messages that I have. For me it is already a great victory he had achieved the goal of the semi-finals, because, of the 171 participants who had told the jury "only 48 are passed to the next step" I did it. Now I'm preparing a new show all ready to support me, even if I went in the final would be great. "

A 1962 VNB in Vietnam

The Scooterist - As you know, Vietnam have a lot of  classic Vespas, but not much VNB and VNA here. There is a story about VNB in Vietnam. In the past, Vietnamese goverment imported only 50 of VNB vespas for using in airport. Now nobody know how much VNB still in Vietnam, how much was export to US or EU.
The 1962 VNB here is of a vespa collector in Vietnam. He's in love with VBB, VNB and VNA vespa. The first owner of this VNB worked in airport, he like vespa and classic beetle very much, that why this VNB still have a lot of original part now.

Here's some pictures of this:

Don Noys - Scooter sport legend (1930 - 2011)

Don on his GT200 at Elvington Sprint in 1965
It is with sadness that yet another Lambretta legend has passed away.
Don Noys who was once described as the fastest Scooterist in the UK after a sprint record he set on a GT200 at Chelveston in 1964 passed away in December 23, 2011 after a long battle against Cancer.

Born in 1930 he ran a shop called Shead Scooters based in Tulse Hill, South London in the 1960’s, his Lambretta dealership eventually went on to become Don Noyes Ltd and right from coming second in the very first British Scooter Road Race in 1960 he was involved in Scooter Sport at the highest level. He took part in record breaking sprints, road races, the Isle of Man Scooter Week and even attempted the wall of death on a Lambretta!

Đối với bọn mình, những bức hình ngập tràn tia nắng đều rất đẹp. Do đó cái tên Éclair (ý nghĩa là tia sáng, ánh nắng) được ra đời.

If you guys wanna goto Saigon, me and my group will help you discover truly Saigon.

This is a free tshirt from I'm Scooterist, a concept that identifies and defines all the people who love the classic scooter. Special thanks to I'm Scooterist for the gift. I really love it.
