Action Cycle Savage

Action Cycle Savage has long been part of Kansas City's motorcycle and scooter repair scene, with its Stadium Drive shop dating back to the 1970s. The business is especially associated with vintage Japanese motorcycles and a large collection of replacement parts, including older used components and new-old-stock items.

Mechanics Don and Greg are familiar names among people describing the shop. Their knowledge of existing parts inventory is useful for riders trying to keep an older machine on the road, particularly when a modern dealership is unlikely to stock the component they need. Listings also identify moped and scooter repair among the services connected with the business.

The atmosphere is described as traditional and workshop-focused rather than polished retail. Customers may find shelves of older parts and a direct conversation with mechanics who know the equipment, which is a different experience from ordering from a manufacturer catalog. The strongest reason to consider the shop is its mechanical and parts background with older powered two-wheelers.

Action Cycle Savage is listed at 6410 Stadium Drive in Kansas City. For riders restoring an older Japanese motorcycle, maintaining a moped or seeking scooter repair, it offers a longstanding independent service option.
