Aviva Electric Bikes

Aviva Electric Bikes brings together two kinds of electric transportation that are often handled by separate businesses. From its Carding Lane location in Johnston, it sells electric bicycles and mobility scooters while also servicing conventional bicycles, electric wheelchairs, and mobility equipment. That combination makes the shop useful to customers whose needs extend beyond recreational cycling.

Its technical work includes building batteries in-house, replacing scooter batteries, and maintaining Metro mobility scooters. The business also describes repair support for mobility scooters from other brands and offers a 12-month warranty on its work. These are practical services for owners trying to keep an existing vehicle running instead of immediately replacing it.

Aviva also shares information about e-bike safety and Rhode Island’s electric-bike rebate program, helping customers understand ownership beyond the initial purchase. Customer experiences emphasize straightforward advice and considerate assistance with electric bicycles and mobility equipment alike. For someone comparing an e-bike with a mobility scooter—or arranging service on equipment already in use—the Johnston shop offers an unusually broad mix of products, battery expertise, and hands-on repairs under one roof.
