Bike Mart - Prosper (Hollyhock)

Bike Mart's Hollyhock-area store serves Prosper and Frisco customers with bicycle sales, accessories, and workshop service.

Steve, Matthew, also called Matt, Victoria, David, Andy, and manager Brian Wright appear in customer accounts. Families describe patient assistance with younger riders, while adult shoppers recall choosing models such as a Specialized Chisel Comp. Helmets and other riding gear are part of the store's broader offering.

Workshop experiences include diagnosing an unusual clunking sound, returning a bike cleaned after service, and addressing follow-up issues involving a saddle or dropper post. A customer also mentions a memorable technician identified by a distinctive tattoo, illustrating how individual staff members become familiar to repeat visitors.

Across sales and service, the shop functions as a general bicycle retailer rather than a scooter-focused dealership. The product range includes children's bicycles as well as adult mountain, hybrid, and road models, so a family can approach the store with several different riding needs. Accessories and follow-up adjustments are part of the same retail setting.
