Bike Mart - Richardson (UTD)

Bike Mart's Richardson location near UTD serves cyclists shopping for road, mountain, recumbent, and children's bicycles, along with rentals and repair service. Customer accounts describe families choosing bikes together, experienced riders adjusting their setups, and newcomers learning how different styles fit their needs.

KC, David, Hannah, Angie, Jerry, and Richard are among the staff members mentioned. Shoppers recall patient explanations of sizing and test rides before buying. One parent describes Jerry helping select a birthday bicycle for a nine-year-old; other families mention returning over time for different bikes as their needs changed.

The service side includes mechanical help, equipment fitting, and advice about racks, shoes, cleats, and other accessories. A renter describes collecting a Giant road bike for a White Rock Lake ride and having personal pedals fitted before departure. These details show the shop helping people use the bike comfortably, not only taking payment for it.

Some stories concern customers developing more serious cycling interests, including an account connected with a USA Cycling para-cycling talent event. The documented business is a bicycle retailer and workshop. Scooter-specific sales or repair services are not confirmed in this record and should remain a category-review question.
