Bike Works

Bike Works keeps a storefront on Progress Boulevard in Peru, Illinois, where the sales floor centers on Trek bicycles and Bontrager gear, from kid-sized models through mountain and road bikes to electric-assist machines like the Trek FX+ 1S Midstep, which appears in the shop's live local inventory. A service department supports the retail side, and the shop is listed for bicycle repair and service.

m. m. , Saturday 10 to 4 and Sunday noon to 3. Individual write-ups about the shop include a named recommendation for salesperson Mike Halper, while others voice frustration over a delivery refusal to Mendota and describe disappointing interactions at the service desk. The shop's current address is 4431 Progress Boulevard; some directories still carry a former Frontage Road address, so riders heading in should confirm the Progress Boulevard location before setting out.
