Catonsville Bicycles and Skateboards

Catonsville Bicycles and Skateboards has a wider personality than its name alone might suggest. The Frederick Road shop sells traditional bicycles and skateboards, carries Aventon electric bikes, and repairs different bicycle makes, including e-bikes that some workshops prefer not to take on.

Customers describe friendly, practical assistance with ordinary mechanical problems. One family arrived after the wrong-size tire had been fitted to a child's bicycle and left with the right tire and adjustments to the gearing. Another rider reports a quick electric-bike puncture repair at a straightforward price.

The sales team has also helped customers compare electric models through test rides, explaining the details before purchase. Some visitors have traveled a considerable distance to shop here. Not every transaction has ended happily, including a complaint about a skateboard that failed soon after purchase without warranty assistance.

For Catonsville riders, the shop offers a mix of cycling and skating under one roof, with meaningful electric-bike work rather than only conventional pedal-bike repairs. Its distinctive appeal is the combination of approachable local service, Aventon e-bike sales, and a willingness to help with a variety of bicycles and trikes.
