Cycles Etc - Salem

Cycles Etc in Salem is one of two stores in a southern New Hampshire bicycle retail business. Located on North Broadway, the branch carries brands including Santa Cruz, Trek, Giant, and Surly, with bicycle sales supported by a workshop for routine and more substantial mechanical work.

Customers describe explanations of repair options and help diagnosing problems, sometimes with quicker turnaround than they had expected. Test rides and bicycle fitting also feature in the accounts, with visitors appreciating the opportunity to compare models and adjust a bike to their dimensions.

The service department handles flat tires, tune-ups, and suspension work. During busier seasons, riders bring in bicycles for maintenance needed before returning to regular trail, fitness, or commuter use. The shopping experience is described as relatively relaxed, with room to ask questions before choosing equipment.

For cyclists around Salem and nearby communities, this Cycles Etc location connects a varied showroom with continuing repair support. Conventional bicycles and e-bikes are the clear focus of this location, with riders able to compare models and return for mechanical support.
