Cycling Concepts

Cycling Concepts in Glastonbury Center brings a performance-minded approach to bicycle sales and service. Formerly known as Cycling and Fitness Concepts, the shop carries brands such as Specialized, Giant, Cannondale, Santa Cruz, and Seven. Electric bicycles are part of the selection, including models in the Specialized Vado SL range, alongside road and off-road bikes.

The staff are known for addressing mechanical problems that require more than a routine adjustment. Customers have mentioned Keith, Sondre, and Gary for patient guidance and technical expertise, including help with race-bike preparation, suspension hardware, and quick replacement of drivetrain components. The shop also works on bicycles originally purchased elsewhere, offering fitting and repair attention aimed at how each machine actually performs.

Cycling Concepts plays a part in the local riding community through events such as the Two-Ferries group ride. That connection extends the business beyond the sales floor, bringing experienced cyclists and newer riders into the same orbit. With electric-bike inventory, a capable workshop, and an interest in organized rides, the Glastonbury store appeals to people who want both careful service and a continuing connection to the area's cycling culture.
