Dick Sonne's Cycles, Fitness & Skis

Dick Sonne's Cycles, Fitness & Skis is a family-owned outdoor and fitness retailer on Commercial Drive in New Hartford, New York. With a history spanning roughly five decades, it combines bicycles, electric-assisted models, exercise equipment, and winter-sports products in one store. Specialized is among the bicycle brands associated with its selection, including pedal-assist options.

Customer accounts describe helpful staff who remember returning riders, explain equipment choices, and provide reasonably priced repairs. The workshop operates on an appointment basis, allowing customers to arrange mechanical service rather than assuming an immediate walk-in turnaround. Ski equipment and fitness products are other parts of the business, but electric-bicycle buyers should focus their questions on available battery systems, supported drive units, and brand-specific service. General bicycle repair capability does not establish diagnostics for every manufacturer's electronics.

The store lists dicksonnes.com and telephone 315-736-7106. Its Commercial Drive location serves New Hartford and the wider Utica area. Prospective customers can inquire about electric-bike models, bike fitting, scheduled tune-ups, and seasonal equipment availability. The emphasis is conventional and pedal-assist bicycles, not gas-powered scooters.
