ERIK'S Electric Bikes – Scottsdale

ERIK'S Electric Bikes in North Scottsdale is part of the broader ERIK'S Bike Board Ski retail group, with a location on North Scottsdale Road focused on electric cycling. Specialized and Aventon models feature in its e-bike selection alongside other bicycles and riding equipment available through the chain.

Shoppers describe a sales process built around explaining motor systems and helping a bike feel properly set up before its first ride. Staff also assist with follow-up questions, a useful connection for people who are still learning how electric assistance changes maintenance and everyday operation.

The service department addresses electrical and software-related diagnosis as well as more familiar bicycle work involving brakes, wheels, and drivetrains. The shop supports maintenance and repairs for electric bikes, connecting retail sales with practical workshop capabilities.

Group rides and community events are also associated with the store, introducing owners to routes and other cyclists around Scottsdale. For local riders, this branch combines an established retailer's inventory and technical service with the opportunity to compare e-bike models and continue asking questions after purchase.
