ERIK'S - Skokie

ERIK'S in Skokie, also listed as ERIK'S Bike Board Ski, combines bicycle and e-bike retail with ski equipment and an in-house service department. Visitors describe a well-stocked showroom where they can compare bikes and related gear, while workshop support continues after the initial purchase.

Electric bicycle buyers discuss patient explanations of features and help pairing a bike with its app. Customer experiences also include a battery replacement covered by warranty and repairs performed on bicycles purchased elsewhere. Those examples show the service department handling both new equipment questions and ongoing maintenance.

Enrique, Oscar, and John are among the employees named by customers. Shoppers describe guidance that allows them to understand the equipment before committing to a purchase. The store's mix of conventional bicycles, electric bikes, and seasonal sporting goods means a visitor may have several different needs during the year.

Some original accounts describe problems with an online ski order or work performed on an electric trike; the business and related locations also provided responses. Those disputed details remain in the review record.
