Freedom Mobility

Freedom Mobility helps people find equipment that makes moving around the home and community easier. From its Hanover showroom, the company supplies mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, lift chairs, hospital beds, stairlifts, and ramps. It also provides installation and delivery services across the Baltimore, Washington, and Northern Virginia region.

A 3,000-square-foot showroom gives customers and families an opportunity to see equipment firsthand. That can be especially valuable when choosing between different mobility products, since comfort, fit, and the space available at home can affect what works best. Rentals and equipment pickup are also part of the company's service offering.

Customers have singled out technicians Quan and Ryan for patient, knowledgeable help. Accounts include a lift-chair setup explained step by step and a mobility-scooter issue that received careful attention until the equipment was working correctly. Calling ahead with arrival information and taking time to explain installations have also made a difference for clients.

Based on Park Circle Drive in Hanover, Freedom Mobility combines product selection with hands-on technical support. Families can explore several kinds of accessibility equipment while arranging the delivery and installation help that makes those products usable at home.
