Jamestown Cycle Shop, Inc

Jamestown Cycle Shop, Inc. has served downtown Jamestown, New York, from 10 Harrison Street since 1924, operating under its own name and the long-standing Jock Shop nickname. The store is a Trek and Electra bicycle dealer selling bikes, electric bikes, and a full range of cycling accessories, with an in-house repair department covering overhauls, tune-ups, fittings, and component work.

Beyond bicycles, the shop stocks ski equipment and apparel, team sportswear with embroidery services, and sporting goods, reflecting its century-long role as a general sporting-goods destination. Technicians communicate clearly about repairs and timelines, service pricing is fair, and staff help new riders choose and fit the right bike. Bike rental has been offered at a seasonal Chautauqua location.

The shop operates Monday through Saturday with hours extending into the evening on weekdays. For riders and skiers across Chautauqua County, it remains a full-service local store combining bike sales, repair expertise, and winter-sport outfitting.
