MobilityWorks

MobilityWorks in Pelham is primarily an accessible-vehicle business, helping customers find transportation that accommodates wheelchairs and other mobility needs. At its Commerce Drive location, the company offers wheelchair-accessible van sales, rentals, and vehicle service. Mobility scooters and related products also appear within its wider equipment range.

The rental experience is a notable part of the branch's customer history. Tracy has been recognized for thoughtful guidance, especially when helping someone rent an accessible van for the first time. Customers have also described clean rental vehicles, clear communication, and support when their own vehicles were undergoing repairs. Those practical details can make a substantial difference when transportation is needed for medical appointments or daily travel.

For Birmingham-area families comparing accessible vans, MobilityWorks provides both vehicle options and assistance after the sale. Its core expertise at this location is the van itself, including accessibility-related equipment and vehicle maintenance. Scooter shoppers may find products within the broader offering, but the information about this Pelham branch does not establish an independent mobility-scooter repair service.
