N&N Ebikes and Repair

N&N Ebikes and Repair is a Santa Ana shop run by Nate and Neil, combining electric-bike sales with mechanical service. The business is described as working on a broad range of e-bike models and helping riders understand the condition and setup of their machines.

One family described bringing in a teenager's e-bike after a police stop and receiving guidance on safety-related changes and legal compliance. Other customers mention detailed diagnoses and staff reaching out to manufacturers when an answer is not immediately clear. Those examples show an approach centered on explaining the problem rather than guessing at a repair.

The retail side includes electric tricycles, with Mooncool test rides, delivery, and follow-up assistance mentioned in the original accounts. Customers also describe discussing prices and service options before work begins. Snickers, the shop dog, provides a memorable detail of the store's atmosphere.

For Santa Ana riders, N&N brings practical repair expertise together with patient buying guidance. Its owner-operated character, electric-trike experience, and willingness to explain technical issues make it distinctive among larger e-bike retailers.
