National Seating & Mobility — Anaheim

National Seating & Mobility in Anaheim provides wheelchair evaluations, equipment, and associated service from its location in the Stadium Plaza Business Park. The branch works with mobility needs that may involve individual fitting, equipment adjustments, and coordination beyond a simple off-the-shelf purchase.

Michael Smock receives particular attention in customer experiences for thoughtful evaluations and wheelchair fitting. One person recounts receiving a temporary loaner after a chair breakdown, while another describes his efforts to locate difficult-to-find replacement parts. These are individual accounts rather than formal promises about loaner availability.

Field technicians Robert, Jesse, and Cesar are also mentioned for home installations and hands-on equipment assistance. The combination of evaluation staff and field service is important when a wheelchair needs to fit its user properly and work reliably in everyday surroundings.

Some customers have described difficulties obtaining replacement batteries or responses to follow-up questions. the business introduction focuses on the branch's documented role: helping Anaheim-area clients obtain, fit, and maintain mobility equipment through in-person evaluations and service support.
