National Seating & Mobility - Farmers Branch

National Seating & Mobility in Farmers Branch provides power wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and related complex rehabilitation equipment. The process described in customer accounts often involves assessment, prescription or insurance paperwork, equipment selection, delivery, and later adjustments or repairs.

Staff members Ray and Cristina are mentioned in a case involving exchange of an electric wheelchair when the first choice did not meet the user's needs. Lori, Iris, and Casey Stephens appear in accounts involving a Permobil F3, while Christina Araiza is named for an evaluation and mobility scooter delivery. These stories describe individualized equipment work rather than ordinary retail transactions.

The company also helps customers obtain repairs and replacement parts, although those requests can involve insurance approval and supply delays. Several original accounts focus on the difficulty of reaching the office or receiving timely updates. A few customers describe improved experiences after earlier communication problems were addressed.

For Farmers Branch clients, the documented offering is specialized mobility equipment backed by staff who assist with fitting, ordering, and service.
