National Seating & Mobility

National Seating & Mobility's Redlands branch supports people who need specialized wheelchairs and complex rehabilitation equipment, drawing on a larger national service network.

People who have worked with this location describe sharply mixed experiences that prospective clients should weigh: people describing this location report long waits for wheelchairs and equipment, order errors and difficult communication, while at least one account praises a helpful technician.

The branch's stated services include custom mobility and seating evaluations, power and manual wheelchair provision, and repair work. As with any complex-rehab provider, outcomes here appear to depend heavily on the individual case team and order pipeline.

Families and clinicians considering this branch for custom wheelchairs or seating systems may want to ask detailed questions about timelines, communication practices and escalation paths before committing, and to compare with other regional complex-rehab providers to find the right fit for their situation. The Alabama Street branch serves Redlands, Yucaipa and Loma Linda clients.
