Neutral Service

Neutral Service has created an unusual destination for cyclists in Jacksonville Beach by putting bicycle sales and service alongside a cafe-style bar. Its Tenth Avenue North location occupies a space associated with the former Really Good Beer Stop, combining a workshop with coffee and other drinks. The result is designed to encourage people to spend time together as well as stop in for mechanical help.

Electric bicycles are part of the shop’s offering. Neutral Service is listed as a Florida dealer for Murf Electric Bikes, with sales and support for the brand's models. The business also provides bike rentals, a useful option for visitors who want to ride around the beach area without transporting their own bicycle. Its combination of retail and repairs supports customers before and after a purchase.

The social setting gives Neutral Service a different identity from a conventional bike shop where every visit begins at a service counter. Riders can discuss their bikes, arrange maintenance, or explore a rental while enjoying the shared space. For Jacksonville Beach cyclists, it offers an approachable mix of electric-bike products, everyday service, and a place to gather near the coast.
