Numotion — Fort Worth

Numotion's Fort Worth operation focuses on wheelchair assessments, fitting, adjustment, and repair for customers with specialized mobility needs.

Gary Rodgers appears in several customer experiences involving home measurements and detailed fitting discussions. One account describes a physical therapy evaluation at home, while another concerns equipment chosen for a daughter with special needs. Customers also mention Katherine for including family members in discussions of suitable options.

Technician Jacob and the customer service team receive positive mentions, and Larry appears in accounts of fixing problems and replacing or adjusting parts. These services reflect the practical importance of ongoing support after a wheelchair is supplied.

There are also original complaints about a chair shutting down, difficulty getting help by phone, and a replacement part that still required adjustment. The branch's documented specialty is complex wheelchair mobility rather than recreational scooters, with home fitting and technical repairs at the center. Specialized fitting can involve family members, therapists, and service technicians as well as the wheelchair user. The home-visit accounts underline why measurements and later adjustments play such a significant role at this Fort Worth provider.
