Numotion

Numotion's Phoenix branch works with people whose wheelchair or mobility-scooter needs call for specialized rehabilitation equipment rather than a simple off-the-shelf purchase. As part of a national complex-rehab provider, the office connects equipment evaluations, clinical coordination, delivery, and ongoing support for mobility devices.

The process can involve assessing an individual's daily needs and selecting equipment that fits those circumstances. In-home education is part of the service described, helping new users and caregivers become familiar with a power wheelchair or mobility scooter after delivery.

Customers mention field staff Earl and Eric for clear explanations and hands-on assistance. Their experiences point to the personal side of a service that often requires technical equipment, paperwork, and continued adjustments after the original delivery.

Like other providers coordinating specialized equipment and replacement parts, the organization handles work that can involve several stages beyond the initial order. Customers have described both helpful field visits and frustrations with communication, underscoring the complexity of these arrangements. For Phoenix-area users and caregivers, Numotion is a source of complex mobility equipment and associated support through a larger rehabilitation-technology network.
