Ocean Cyclery

Ocean Cyclery serves San Francisco's Ingleside and Outer Mission neighborhoods from Ocean Avenue, combining local bicycle sales and repairs. The shop handles professional bike fitting, new-bike setup — including Raleigh models — and the mechanical work commuters need, with customers noting that the staff stands behind its repairs when something needs a second look.

One detailed account describes the shop modifying a tricycle to handle San Francisco's hills, illustrating a willingness to solve unusual problems rather than turning them away. The Ocean Avenue location fills an important role for the southern neighborhoods, giving local riders a full-service shop without a trip across town.

For Ingleside-area cyclists who need fitting, repairs, or a new bike set up correctly, Ocean Cyclery operates as a neighborhood shop that treats each job as its own reputation.

Fittings take riding style into account, adjusting saddle height, handlebar reach, and cleat position for riders who spend hours in the saddle each week.
