Outspokin' Bicycles

Outspokin' Bicycles has served Columbia riders since 1982 and operates a long-established storefront on Devine Street. Its sales floor features Trek and Electra bicycles alongside electric-assist models, including bikes from Velotric. That mix makes the shop relevant to commuters and recreational cyclists interested in adding motor assistance to ordinary pedaling, rather than shopping for a gas-powered scooter.

Repairs are a substantial part of the business. The service team works with bicycles from multiple manufacturers, offers fitting appointments, and provides assembly support for new purchases. Outspokin' also advertises a lifetime basic tune-up benefit on qualifying new-bike sales, with specific assembly arrangements for Velotric orders. Cycling clothing, transport racks, and other accessories round out the selection.

The Devine Street branch offers online ordering with pickup options and participates in Columbia's cycling community through group rides. It should not be confused with the company's separate Irmo storefront, which has its own hours. Riders needing electric-bicycle sales or conventional bicycle servicing can investigate this location, while confirming model coverage and current purchase terms before visiting.
