Paradise Garage

Paradise Garage brings full-service bicycle expertise to Columbus's Short North neighborhood from its North High Street location. The shop serves riders who want help choosing a new bicycle, updating an existing one, or maintaining an electric bike through regular use. Its Velotric selection has included the Packer 1, T1 ST Plus, Fold 1 Plus, and lightweight Tempo.

Electric-bike service is a meaningful part of the workshop. Customers have described hydraulic brake work involving new pads and piston adjustments, with repairs completed in a day. Other experiences mention knowledgeable staff helping first-time buyers select and accessorize a Velotric bike, as well as reliable tune-ups for bikes already on the road.

The store also offers custom fitting with input from a physical-therapy assistant, an appealing option for riders looking for greater comfort or a better riding position. Rentals, curbside pickup, and dedicated parking make different types of visits easier to plan.

An e-bike needing hydraulic brake attention and a first-time shopper considering a Velotric can both turn to Paradise Garage. The Short North shop pairs retail guidance with hands-on service in an accessible neighborhood location.
