Pedal & Spoke Ltd.

Pedal & Spoke Ltd. is a North Aurora bicycle shop that combines sales, repairs, and fitting services. The original customer accounts cover first purchases, test rides, tune-ups, and the details that help a bicycle feel comfortable over longer rides.

Aaron is associated with Retül fitting sessions, with customers describing improvements to their riding positions. Ben appears in stories of helping families choose a suitable bicycle, including a teenager making a purchase with money he had saved. Pete is named in an account of comparing Specialized Roll sizes and arranging assembly for a later pickup.

The shop also serves experienced riders exploring mountain bikes and e-bikes. Several visitors describe taking time to compare models without immediate pressure to buy. Service and advice extend to practical questions beyond the shop's stock; one customer recounts receiving research help and a referral when suitable roof-rack crossbars were not available there.

An individual account criticized an accessory purchase price, with the business offering to review the transaction. The strongest supported profile is still that of a full-service bicycle shop where fittings and patient product guidance complement sales and maintenance.
