Pocono eRide

Pocono eRide operates on PA-611 in Tannersville as an electric bike and electric scooter dealer with its own service shop. The business is an authorized dealer for several e-ride brands, including Segway, Velotric, RIF, RFN and Aventon, and its floor covers both commuter-style e-bikes and higher-powered electric scooters, plus helmets and accessories. A service department handles maintenance and repairs at an hourly shop rate.

customer feedback of the store split between sales and service: some buyers describe smooth, no-pressure purchases, including shoppers who rode out on Segway models after straightforward paperwork, while others raise service complaints, including one customer of a motor cable damaged during installation and another describing months without a callback on a warranty throttle claim. One writer says staff gave incorrect guidance about the street legality of models in stock.

Positive notes call the staff knowledgeable and the service good quality. Sunday opens earlier than weekdays, and Saturday runs shorter hours.
