Powersports of Carol Stream

Powersports of Carol Stream is a multi-brand motorcycle and powersports dealership associated with the Suzuki of Carol Stream name. Its inventory and customer experiences include Suzuki, Kawasaki, Honda, and KTM motorcycles, along with dirt bikes, ATVs, and UTVs. Buyers come to the business for everything from a first motorcycle to a specific model or custom order.

Kyle is named in sales accounts, Tim in financing and paperwork, Brian in delivery updates, John in remote or special orders, and Anthony in service. Customers describe staff explaining equipment, riding gear, and maintenance needs to newer riders. Several purchases were arranged from outside Illinois, with shipping or modifications discussed as part of those individual transactions.

The service side includes routine workshop support and more difficult mechanical problems. One customer describes a repair that other shops had struggled to resolve; another appreciated the effort on a problem that ultimately remained unsolved. Those examples show that the shop handles work beyond arranging new-vehicle sales.

A number of buyers also mention clear communication during financing and delivery.
