Rehabilitation Equipment Professionals - Alexandria

Rehabilitation Equipment Professionals works with customized mobility and medical equipment from its Duke Street location in Alexandria, Virginia. The company specializes in pediatric and adult wheelchairs, including powered, manual, and standing systems, with seating evaluations aimed at matching equipment to individual needs.

That clinical fitting work distinguishes the business from a standard retail equipment counter. A custom wheelchair may need to account for posture, positioning, comfort, and how the device will be used over time. The company also lists gait trainers, hospital beds, walkers, lifts, positioning aids, and mobility scooters among its products.

In-house repair and onsite technical support are part of the offering. Some repairs are described as taking place at the shop and others at a customer’s home, an important consideration for equipment that is difficult to transport. Pediatric equipment introduces further fitting needs as children grow and their circumstances change.

The business serves Alexandria and other Northern Virginia communities from the city’s West End. Its defining focus is customized mobility equipment supported by evaluation and repairs, providing a different kind of service than a general scooter showroom.
