REI Knoxville

REI's Knoxville location combines outdoor equipment retail with a full-service bicycle shop on Papermill Drive NW. Electric-assisted bicycles, including Co-op Cycles models, appear in the selection alongside conventional bikes for commuting and recreational rides. The store also carries helmets, locks, racks, lights, apparel, and other cycling essentials.

Workshop technicians handle bicycle assembly, maintenance, and repairs, including attention to the electric-drive equipment fitted to supported e-bikes. That allows customers to arrange mechanical help through the same store where they explore a new bike or select accessories. REI's wider outdoor retail operation includes seasonal gear rentals and other non-cycling products.

As part of the national co-op, the store also participates in outdoor classes, community activities, and organized outings. Co-op members may receive benefits on eligible purchases under the company's membership program. The Knoxville store is located at 6700 Papermill Drive NW and serves cyclists across the metro. Its documented scooter-adjacent offering is electric bicycle sales and servicing, not motor-scooter repair.
