Revolution Bicycles

Revolution Bicycles serves Kingston and the surrounding Mid-Hudson Valley from Hasbrouck Avenue. The shop carries Trek, Electra, Santa Cruz and Jamis bicycles, with mountain-bike demonstrations and electric options among its offerings. Owner Steve's earlier business in Saugerties built a following that continued to the Kingston location after the former storefront closed.

The service department covers tubeless tire setups, suspension servicing, drivetrain overhauls and routine repairs. The team advertises a relatively quick turnaround, and customers have received prompt help with flat tires and brake work. New bicycles are sold with a period of complimentary adjustments, supporting owners as their bikes settle in. During an e-bike shortage, the shop helped one customer locate a suitable model on short notice.

Cyclists can use the store for mountain riding equipment as well as everyday upkeep. Clear estimates are useful, especially for more extensive work. The active Kingston shop should not be confused with the closed Saugerties premises. Its strengths are bicycle sales, mechanical service and electric-assist options rather than repairs on motor scooters.
