Ride Away Bicycles

Ride Away Bicycles serves northeast San Antonio from its Thousand Oaks Drive store, combining conventional bicycle sales with a dedicated electric-bike selection. Riders can explore e-bikes in a full-service shop that also handles tune-ups, puncture repairs, and bicycle fitting.

The location offers rentals as well, making it useful to customers who want to spend time on a bicycle before committing to ownership or need one for a short period. That mix of buying, fitting, repairs, and rentals gives the shop a wider role than a showroom focused only on new inventory.

For riders in Thousand Oaks, Stone Oak, and surrounding neighborhoods, the address at 2951 Thousand Oaks Drive provides a local point of contact for routine bicycle needs. This is the active Thousand Oaks location, distinct from a separate Ride Away branch previously listed on Loop 1604.

Whether the goal is a comfortable everyday bicycle, an electric model for longer trips, or help getting an existing bike back on the road, Ride Away offers a range of practical services under one roof. Rentals and fitting assistance also give local customers more ways to choose a bicycle that feels comfortable for their needs.
