Ridgeline Bicycles

Ridgeline Bicycles serves Avon and the Farmington Valley with a broad range of conventional and electric bikes. Brands associated with the shop include Giant, Liv, Specialized, Pivot, Scott, and Velotric, supported by an extensive selection of helmets, tires, racks, shoes, and other cycling essentials. The store also participates in Connecticut's e-bike incentive program.

Staff take an individual approach to bike selection and service. Owner Paul is known for practical advice and professional fittings, while Joe and Diego have been recognized for technical expertise, including work on electric bikes. One customer brought in a Jupiter e-bike for a rear flat that was difficult to handle at home, and the team was able to provide assistance. The shop also accommodates walk-in needs when its schedule allows.

Ridgeline's involvement with local cycling extends beyond the workshop through community events and a Kids Bike Trade-Up Program for growing riders. That blend of service, equipment selection, and family-focused programs helps it support customers with different levels of experience. For e-bike owners, the Avon shop offers a knowledgeable service counter alongside the wider bicycle inventory, with the emphasis on helping people ride comfortably and maintain their equipment over time.
