Riverbend Bikes, Boards, & Bites

Riverbend Bikes, Boards, & Bites is a community-oriented shop on Oak Street in Bakersfield, combining bicycles with a broader interest in wheels and outdoor recreation. Its offerings include conventional and electric bikes, bicycle service, skateboards, and pro scooters, making it a neighborhood cycling and skate store rather than a gasoline scooter dealer.

Bike maintenance and repairs are an important part of the business. Customers can inquire about an electric bicycle or bring a conventional bike in for mechanical work, while the skate-oriented selection appeals to a different group of riders. The shop has also appeared in Levy Electric's Bakersfield partner information, though that association does not by itself establish repair coverage for every e-scooter model.

The Oak Street location publishes a schedule from Wednesday through Sunday, with weekday and weekend variations. Riverbend presents itself as a place that brings people together through riding and recreation. That community-shop identity, combined with sales and service across bicycles and related gear, sets it apart from more specialized e-bike repair operations in Bakersfield.
