Scooter Importer LLC

A few blocks from downtown Los Angeles, Scooter Importer LLC brings an affordable mix of scooters and other small vehicles to East Third Street. Amigo, Tao Motors, Lifan, Genuine, Lance, SYM, and Apollo scooters span 49cc to 300cc, alongside ATVs, dirt bikes, and electric bikes sold under its SOCAL branding.

The dealership has a practical focus on working riders, including DoorDash and Rappi delivery couriers. Its purchasing package includes advertised 90-day financing terms, out-the-door pricing, in-house registration, and a full parts-and-labor warranty on vehicles sold. An on-site mechanic and service department support the sales operation.

Customers describe Joseph, Gayla, Safah, and Jose as helpful guides rather than pushy salespeople. One buyer recalls the owner personally delivering a scooter to Huntington Beach.

Customers returning since 2020 describe a clubhouse feel rather than a formal showroom. Their enthusiastic accounts sit alongside a smaller number of sharp complaints, giving the dealership a varied reputation as well as a recognizable local personality.
