Segway Maui

Segway Maui works from Limahana Place in Lahaina as an electric-vehicle dealership and service center, and its own description is direct: the shop sells and services electric bicycles, mopeds, and motorcycles. Owners Tom and Andrea Havranek have run Segway tours on Maui since 2012 as part of Stardust Hawaii, and the guided tours earned a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for seven straight years.

Tour guests remember thorough pre-ride training that had nervous first-timers confident within minutes, and Tom comes up repeatedly as a knowledgeable, engaging guide — one group got mangos from the historic prison along the route, another watched sea turtles from the waterfront path. The dealership side stocks Segways, e-bikes, scooters, mopeds, and motorcycles alongside protective gear and apparel, with service available for what it sells.

Hours are weekday mornings, nine to two, closed weekends. One caution: the most recent customer feedback visible online dates to early 2023, before the Lahaina fire, though the business's place data currently shows it open — the coordinator should re-verify post-fire operating status.
