Shawnee Cycle & Powersports

Shawnee Cycle & Powersports, also known as Shawnee Cycle Plaza, has been part of the Kansas-side powersports community since 1970. The family-owned dealership on Shawnee Mission Parkway carries Yamaha products along with Honda and Kawasaki vehicles. Its scooter inventory has included the Honda Metropolitan and Yamaha Zuma 125, giving commuters two familiar small-displacement choices.

A factory-trained service team works on motorcycles and other powered vehicles, handling routine maintenance, warranty-related work, tires and seasonal preparation. Parts and service are established departments rather than an afterthought, so buyers can discuss maintenance needs while choosing a vehicle or return for help after a purchase.

Customer experiences associated with the business describe assistance during purchases and repair visits. One shopper traveled among several Kansas City dealers before buying a CFMOTO UTV, while another described the service department as helpful and worth a drive from Turner. Those examples show a broader dealership operation that supports more than scooters alone.

Located at 13020 Shawnee Mission Parkway in Shawnee, the store serves customers across the western Kansas City area. Its mix of Honda and Yamaha scooters, mechanical support and decades of family ownership gives riders an established local dealership option.
