South Philly Bikes

South Philly Bikes is a neighborhood bicycle and electric-vehicle shop on South 13th Street in Philadelphia. Customers particularly mention repair work, approachable pricing, and help with everyday mechanical problems rather than a showroom built around large motorcycle sales.

Customers discuss e-bike brake bleeding and tire replacement as examples of work performed by the mechanics. Other described jobs include tune-ups, pedal and chainring-bolt installation, and fitting fresh tires. Those examples show a working bicycle repair bench handling the problems that affect regular urban riders.

The shop has also been associated with Levy electric-scooter sales, giving it a connection to electric personal transportation beyond conventional bicycles. Bicycle and e-bike repair are especially visible in those accounts, while Levy electric scooters add another kind of personal vehicle to the retail mix.

Visitors describe a practical local business where small jobs and fair pricing matter. In-store pickup and a pet-friendly atmosphere are also mentioned among the shop’s neighborhood conveniences. For residents of South Philadelphia, those details make the shop a convenient neighborhood stop for repairs, riding essentials, and exploring the available electric-scooter offerings.
