SunShine Scooters

SunShine Scooters rents, sells and services scooters in Key West, with rental pickup and multiple island locations. In business since December 2011, the company rents scooters, electric and gas golf carts, and bicycles, and offers free customer pickup anywhere in Key West, including the airport. The Roosevelt Boulevard location houses the scooter showroom, the A-1 Repairs and Sales service department, and a parts department.

The business sells new and used Lance and SYM scooters and handles Lance and SYM warranty repairs through its service department, which operates Monday through Friday. Rental operations run seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The rental fleet includes two-person scooters, multi-passenger golf carts, and bicycles, and the company advertises no deposits or authorization holds on rentals.

The Roosevelt Boulevard shop sits on one of Key West's main thoroughfares, convenient to the island's hotel and resort corridors. Staff assist visitors in choosing among scooters, golf carts, and bicycles for exploring the island, and the shop also provides same-day moped repair for rental customers and local riders.
