The New Wheel - San Francisco

The New Wheel's Valencia Street flagship in San Francisco specializes in electric bicycles, combining considered product selection with service and rider support. Its Valencia Street store emphasizes the chance to experience an electric bicycle on a test ride before deciding what to buy.

The showroom stocks a curated selection of e-bikes spanning commuter, cargo, and comfort models, and staff walk shoppers through motor types, battery range, and fit so the bike matches the rider's actual routes — including San Francisco's hills.

Test rides are central to the experience, letting buyers feel the difference between models on real pavement rather than guessing from spec sheets. The service department handles assembly, maintenance, and repairs for the e-bikes sold, with technicians who work on electric drivetrains daily.

Pickup and delivery options and trade-in consideration round out the offering. For city riders weighing an e-bike purchase, the Valencia Street flagship provides the combination of curated inventory, hands-on trial, and ongoing service that defines the specialty e-bike shop model.
