The Spoke Shop

The Spoke Shop has supplied Billings cyclists since 1973 from Broadwater Avenue. Its wide Trek and Specialized range includes conventional road, mountain and other bicycles as well as electric-assist models. Riders can browse equipment and accessories, rent a bicycle or take a prospective purchase out for a test ride in the nearby neighborhood.

Trek-certified mechanics provide maintenance and repair work, from tire setups to full tune-ups. Staff including Dylan, Dean, Travis, James and Zack are associated with thoughtful bike selection, fitting and explanations of service. Items not on the showroom floor can be special-ordered, helping riders locate a particular component without abandoning the local shop. The number of models available also gives shoppers several alternatives to compare.

The Spoke Shop is connected to the cycling community beyond its retail business. Organized rides take place on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings, and the shop supports trail advocacy. E-bike owners should check drive-system compatibility when arranging electrical work; conventional bicycle servicing and specialized motor diagnostics are not necessarily identical services.
