Trek Bicycle Houston Westchase

Trek Bicycle Houston Westchase occupies a Westheimer Road storefront that many local riders remember from its Bike Barn years. The location now carries Trek bicycles and e-bikes while continuing to provide repairs, replacement parts, and assistance for people looking after older bikes.

Long-serving employees are an important part of the branch's character. Heather and Matt are repeatedly mentioned in customer accounts for patient explanations, low-pressure model comparisons, and helping familiar customers over multiple visits. That continuity can make a branded bicycle store feel more like a neighborhood operation.

Customers describe test rides, help with online orders, and maintenance support. One person recalls a same-day resolution to an online-order problem, while others mention a busy service area on weekends. The record also includes an isolated complaint about an unhelpful counter interaction, part of the customer history.

For Westchase and Energy Corridor cyclists, this store combines Trek products with a local team that has remained recognizable through a change in retail branding. Its documented service focus is conventional bicycles and e-bikes, not motor-scooter repairs.
