United Access of Rochester

United Access of Rochester helps customers combine personal mobility equipment with accessible vehicles. Formerly known as AutoCraft Mobility Solution, its West Henrietta Road location sells new and used wheelchair-accessible vehicles along with products such as mobility scooters, powered mobility devices, and vehicle lifts. BraunAbility and Bruno appear among the manufacturers associated with the business.

Technicians install and maintain accessibility systems, including lifts, transfer seats, and driving controls. Repair and preventive service support adapted vehicles and equipment after purchase, making it possible to discuss both a transportation problem and the components needed to solve it. Staff also assist with vehicle choice, compatibility questions, and potential funding options.

The Rochester branch serves people who need safe ways to transport a wheelchair or mobility device, not shoppers seeking conventional motor scooters. Customers can schedule equipment installation or service through the location and explore accessible vehicle inventory. Its combination of modified vehicle sales and follow-up technical support distinguishes it from a typical medical supply showroom.
