Urban Rider Cargo Bikes

Urban Rider Cargo Bikes is a specialty Ann Arbor bicycle shop oriented toward electric cargo transportation and family cycling. Its Miller Avenue location carries brands such as Urban Arrow, Riese & Müller, Tern, Yuba, Benno, Surly, Magnum, and Larry vs Harry Bullitt. The selection focuses on bicycles designed to move children, groceries, or other loads while providing electric assistance, making it different from a general mountain-bike retailer.

The business also offers service for supported electric bicycles, including mechanical maintenance and electrical repairs. Customers can discuss fitting, cargo capacity, component requirements, and the demands of everyday hauling before choosing a bike. The shop participates in Ann Arbor's Borrow a Cargo Bike A2 trial program, giving some prospective riders a chance to understand cargo-bike use before buying. The source identifies a connection to the former Human Electric Hybrids operation at the same address.

Urban Rider Cargo Bikes operates at 320 Miller Avenue, just west of downtown Ann Arbor. Published service hours run Wednesday through Saturday. Buyers and owners can consult urbanrider.bike about available models, trials, and workshop appointments. Its specialization is electric cargo bicycles, not motor scooters.
