Windy City Wheelers

Windy City Wheelers in Arlington Heights focuses on electric bicycles, combining sales guidance, test rides, fitting help, and service. The original customer accounts describe a shop where buyers can take time learning the differences between models before making a decision.

Products discussed include the Urtopia Carbon Fold 2, Aventon Adventure 3, and Aventon Pace 4. Staff members Sam and Josie appear repeatedly in stories about comparing features, checking whether a folding bicycle fits into a car trunk, and explaining range, charging, and maintenance. Larger riders also describe getting help with a comfortable setup.

The workshop has handled electric scooter work as well. One GoTrax owner reports a tire and inner-tube replacement using a supplied tire, while another customer describes a charging problem involving an extended battery pack and a replacement being arranged. Those experiences show that the service record reaches beyond the store's e-bike showroom.

Delivery and follow-up are part of the customer accounts, including a case where a warehouse delay was communicated and home delivery was offered. The store's particular character comes from patient sales discussions paired with practical service assistance.
