Y-Not Cycling & Fitness

Y-Not Cycling & Fitness is a Lexington-area bicycle shop positioned near the B&O Trail, with e-bikes among its retail offerings. The shop sells new and used bicycles, including Trek and Electra models and electric-assist bikes such as the Trek Verve+ 4S and the Pace 500.3 step-through, plus accessories, apparel, and parts. Bike rentals support day trips along the Richland County trail system, and the shop hosts two weekly group rides that leave from the door.

A full-service repair bench handles flat fixes, tune-ups, and trail-side emergencies, with riders noting same-visit turnarounds and mechanics who adjust shifting and brakes on the spot. Shoppers describe a clean, well-stocked store, fair trade-in offers on older bikes, and staff prepared to answer questions about fit and accessories.

One visitor reported a disagreement over the condition of a used purchase, and another over product details during an e-bike test ride. Fall and winter hours run Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
