Hood Wrench Cycles

Hood Wrench Cycles is a full-service bicycle shop at 700 Billings St, Suite G, in Aurora, servicing all brands and styles of bikes. It is an authorized Specialized retailer and a Banshee dealer, with e-bike service explicitly listed among its offerings. Visitors describe a welcoming shop where small favors come free: air top-offs, quick tire help, and pedal installation handled on the spot.

A 17-year-old Trek came back to life within a few days, showing the shop's willingness to take on older bikes rather than pushing new sales. Others mention friendly, unpretentious service and fair pricing on routine work. Listings for the shop have shown conflicting status information, with some directories marking it temporarily closed while more recent activity suggests it is open again, so calling ahead is advisable.

For Aurora riders, it offers a neighborhood alternative to larger chains, combining mainstream brand authorization with the flexibility and personal attention of an independent shop.
