Landry's Bicycles - Boston

Landry's Bicycles in Boston offers bicycle and e-bike sales, repair work, fitting, and accessories through one of Massachusetts' established cycling retailers. The store carries electric-assist options including Specialized Turbo and Trek models, alongside equipment for riders who prefer conventional bicycles.

Customers mention staff members Sam, Randy, and manager Mark for taking time to answer questions and explain repair or purchase options. For new e-bike buyers, that guidance can cover differences between models and help with learning about ownership after a sale.

Customer service examples include flat repairs, tire replacement, loose-cable adjustments, and other routine work. One buyer also recalls using a state e-bike voucher and receiving assistance that made the purchase process manageable. Bike fitting and an accessories selection round out the store's services.

For Boston riders, this Landry's location connects bicycle retail with a practical workshop and staff familiar with electric models. The value for customers lies in being able to ask about a purchase and return for mechanical help as needs arise.
